Last November, Gerolamo Scorza successfully completed a significant project aboard the Norwegian Pearl at the Chantier Naval de Marseille. The intervention lasted 20 days and involved numerous areas of the vessel, encompassing refitting works, functional enhancements, and aesthetic upgrades.
Key activities included the restyling of the prestigious Garden Villas on Deck 14, the installation of a new dance floor in the Spinnaker Lounge, and the improvement of the Cagney’s Restaurant spaces on Deck 13. On Deck 12, the Garden Café was renovated with new tiling compliant with USPH standards, the former children's area was converted into a buffet extension, and the pool area Gazebo was completely modernised along with its surrounding pillars.
Scorza’s work also extended to Deck 7, featuring a redesign of the Photo Gallery, a new frame for the Atrium’s LED wall, and technical upgrades for the Teppanyaki restaurant. Finally, five crew cabins on Deck 4 were converted, and technical tiling was renewed in the Bakery on Deck 3.
This complex project confirms Gerolamo Scorza’s ability to manage intricate operations, enhancing onboard spaces and contributing to the guest experience for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
